Wind Ensemble

An audience-favourite ensemble which explores a combination of band and symphonic wind repertoire – while also giving players of some non-orchestral instruments (euphonium, saxophone, electric bass) the opportunity to experience TYO.

TYO Wind Ensemble is an inclusive team of like-minded musicians who rehearse together, cultivating a unique and cohesive sound. Its purpose is to extend individual participants’ musical and technical ability in a group environment and give them quality ensemble and playing skills that can be applied to any instrumentation or performance situation. Wind Ensemble encourages its members to develop a life-long appreciation for wind bands and repertoire.

Be a part of this fun and creative environment, filled with opportunities for developing musicians. This is an ensemble where life-long friendships are formed with like-minded peers.
