The Tasmanian Youth Orchestra Organisation facilitates high quality musical experiences and expert training for young Tasmanian musicians.

In 2011 TYO Inc presents workshops, ensembles, residencies and concerts throughout Tasmania for over 200 young musicians.

Expert tutelage is provided by professional musicians and music educators, including members of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, staff of the Tasmanian Conservatorium, and visiting and local resident musicians who have had distinguished careers in Australia and around the world, as well as some exciting upcoming stars.
