Selected players of various orchestral instruments from our advanced groups will be guided through a range of graded rhythmic exercises by renowned Australian musician Graeme Leak.

Graeme is a percussionist, composer, and instrument maker. He has performed around the world in a multi-faceted career that spans across many musical genres. He is also well known as an inspiring music educator. These workshops will extend the skills of TYO musicians in such areas as rhythmic subdivision, polyrhythm, additive meter and multiple meter, and they will also be really fun!
