Besides being a Russian romantic composer and a member of The Five, what were Alexander Borodin’s other two qualifications?

Borodin (1833-1887) was also a Doctor and a Chemist. He is most well known for his symphonies, his two string quartets, his opera Prince Igor and his piece In the Steppes of Central Asia. However, Borodin was also a founder of the School of Medicine for Women in St. Petersburg.
