TYO GOVERNANCE

Tasmanian Youth Orchestra is governed by a voluntary Board with a suite of diverse skills. The Board provides governance oversight for the organisation, including strategic planning, financial control, legal compliance and review of organisational performance. The Board is stable, aligned, progressive and innovative, with the majority of its members having served two to eight years. This Board has led a transformation of the organisation over the past five years and has a strong vision and strategy for the future.

The Board is supported by three dedicated sub-committees, which provide focused support and recommendations on specific areas of TYO's activities.
