Grace Ovens

Grace Ovens studied classical voice under Jane Edwards at the Tasmanian Conservatorium and graduated with First Class Honours. Grace performs regularly in Hobart as a soloist and was recently offered a company position with Victorian Opera.

Grace has an extensive list of both classical and musical theatre credits as a lead performer; as well as the DJ Mazda Operatic Aria Award, Jessie Wakefield-Luckman Prize for Voice, Sir Basil and Lady Osbourne Lieder Recital Award, Rob Valentine Award, Enid Spencer McDougal Award, Hobart Eisteddfod Music Theatre Award and the Inaugural Gwyneth Dixon Memorial Award.
